Clinicians will benefit from learning the basics of blending critical consciousness with clinical care and practicing implementation. This is a four-part workshop that consists of a one-hour session every week.
Objectives of the workshop series are:
Developing critical consciousness through practice and self-evaluation
Enhancing clinical care by increasing self-reflective capacity to address bias
Addressing unconscious bias in clinical care and reducing barriers to service
